Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on pre-orders, sale items or gift cards.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging with security tag attached. You will also need proof of purchase.

To start a return or for any questions regarding returns, contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note shipping costs and duties will need to be paid for by you.


Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item, including customs and duties.



We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, we will process the refund within 2 business days and you will be refunded the order amount less any shipping fees to your original payment method. Please note it may take some time for your bank or credit card to process and post the refund. 



We do not currently offer exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us at within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or you received the incorrect item so we may remedy the issue.


Sale Items

Items bought using a discount code are final sale and ineligible to be returned. Only one discount can be applied per item.
