Return Policy

Returns on full-priced items may be requested within 14 days of receipt of delivery by emailing us at eshop@chopovalowena.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions to ship your item(s) back to us. Items returned without first receiving return authorisation will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, we require proof of purchase and your item must be in the same condition that you received it in, unworn and in its original packaging with tags attached.

The customer is responsible for return postage, including reverse customs for returns outside the UK. We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages. You must post the return within 7 days of return authorisation.

*Sale and discounted items, including items purchased using a discount code, are final sale and ineligible for return. 

 

Refunds

If your return is eligible for a refund, we will refund the full order amount less shipping fees to your original payment method within two business days of receiving the item(s).


Faulty Items

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or you received the incorrect item, contact us at eshop@chopovalowena.com within 48 hours of delivery so we may remedy the issue.
