Sales Coordinator

We are currently recruiting for a Sales Coordinator to join our small but busy in-house team. Reporting to the Directors, the Sales Coordinator will oversee both the e-commerce and wholesale business and will play a key role in driving sales. 

As Sales Coordinator, you will offer clients support and advice, from booking in showroom appointments, walking customers through collections, placing orders and raising these with Zedonk. You will be responsible for maintaining key retail accounts and overseeing the full order lifecycle - from order processing to delivery coordination. On the e-commerce side, you will be looking after the ecommerce business through maximising user experience and enhancing the online platform in line with the brand ethos. 

This is a great opportunity for a commercially minded, detail-oriented individual with experience in fashion wholesale and e-commerce. You should be pragmatic, solutions-orientated and enthusiastic to work in a small growing brand. 

A minimum of 2 years of experience and practice in Shopify and fashion marketplaces is preferred.


Key Responsibilities/skills required

  • Own the digital strategy, continuously seeking opportunities to improve the customer journey, SEO and CRO to meet performance goals.

  • Manage day-to-day website upkeep including merchandising, promotions and customer service.

  • Oversee ecommerce inventory, including stock management, product upload onto Shopify, order fulfilment and logistics.

  • Prepare seasonal sell-through reports and analyse data regularly to identify strategic insights.

  • Execute seasonal sales campaigns in Paris – organising showroom set-ups, booking appointments, creating line sheets and order forms, setting OTBs, and supporting wholesale appointments with buyers, to build and place orders.

  • Manage, nurture and build strong relationships with existing and new wholesale accounts. 

  • Use Zedonk to produce order confirmations, invoices and packing lists, and work with the Finance Team to keep all wholesale financial and payment information tracked and up to date.

  • Coordinate deliveries to stores and customers. 

  • Manage special projects, capsules or exclusive orders, and organise in-store events and installations.

Person Specifications

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience and practice in Shopify and fashion marketplaces is preferred.

  • Strong logistical skills, with excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

  • A problem solver and solution oriented individual with a ‘can-do’ attitude.

  • A strong team player and considerate of colleagues.

  • Self-starter who likes to use their own initiative and takes ownership for their own projects and tasks.

  • Sales oriented and good analytical skills.

  • Familiarity with Zedonk, Shopify, or other e-commerce platforms.

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience with reporting and analytics.
