You may request a return on full priced items within 14 days of receipt of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, with tags attached, and original packaging included. Please take care when trying on garments, as items that are returned with damage may be ineligible for refund or subject to a reduced refund.

We strictly do not accept returns for items that have been worn for press, styling, or photoshoots.

We reserve the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements or are returned without authorisation.

 

Exceptions

Sale and discounted items, including items purchased using the welcome discount code, are final sale and ineligible for return.

 

UK Returns

Please note for orders placed with code CL300, if your return brings the order total under £300, a £12 shipping adjustment fee will be deducted from your refund.

Once you have created a return, your return authorisation will be sent via email along with a Royal Mail label or QR code. Send your return back to us within 14 days and once received, please allow us 2 to 7 days to process your refund.

Perfume: Fragrance may only be returned if the product and packaging is unopened and unused.

 

International Returns

Returns on full-priced items may be requested within 14 days of receipt of delivery by emailing us at eshop@chopovalowena.com.

Please note refunds on orders placed using code CL300 for free shipping over £300 will have the rate of the shipping method selected at checkout deducted if the return brings the order total below £300.

Perfume: All perfume and testers are final sale.

 

Refunds

If your return is eligible for a refund, we will refund the full order amount less shipping fees to your original payment method within two business days of receiving the item(s).

 

Faulty Items

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or you received the incorrect item, contact us at eshop@chopovalowena.com within 48 hours of delivery so we may remedy the issue.
