The Chopova Lowena girl is always up to something. For Fall, she’s learning Regency era slang and practicing her long game. The elegance and cheekiness of the early 19th century mixed with the kitsch and tradition of golf inspire our collection of cameos and pearls clashing with argyle and knickerbockers.

We find inspiration in the global world of golf, from the putting green to the crazy golf course, the ways players adorn themselves and their equipment. Patchworked bodice knits, traditional kilt skirts, plus four trouser-shorts, and an elaborate golf bag jacket and skirt nod to the links. The sportiness always present in the Chopova Lowena universe takes a communal turn—grab your girls and hit the back nine. Butterflies, guests on the golf course, become a recurring motif.

The propriety and shapeliness of Regency dress inspire ribboned and roll-hem knitwear, a wide square neckline, low and buxom boned skirts, and a proliferation of beads and roses. Rose sleeves, popular in the era, appear on crisp white blouses and romantic black mourning dresses. Beaded picture dresses and skirts made from pony beads on cotton, pay tribute to widespread beadwork traditions. The Britishness of it all, from the tartans of the highland to the chokers of London girls, bring the collection home.

This season, we launch two special new projects. First, across the collection, we have upcycled our own deadstock fabrics, merging the flocked denim of Fall 2021 with the crazy camo of Fall 2024 in a denim suit and the pretty plaids of Fall 2022 with the dainty lace of Fall 2025 in ballgown frocks. The mis-match continues in a deadstock carabiner skirt with collaged leather belt. Secondly, we introduce Chopova Lowena Feelings, an always-on collection of coy intimates that honor primal emotions from joy to fear with poetry splashed across the bosom. They are accompanied by tees and sweat sets that reflect all the big feelings inside a Chopova Lowena girl.

In all, from the ball to the fairway, we want to send a message of community and togetherness. Tea time and tee time are always better with friends.
