Sales Assistant
Chopova Lowena is currently seeking a Part Time Sales Assistant to join our small but busy team in our new retail space opening August 2026.

The Sales Assistant will assist the Store Manager with daily store operations, provide exceptional customer service and ensure the store meets sales goals. Responsibilities include maintaining high standards in the store, addressing customer inquiries, assisting with opening and closing procedures and maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming store environment. They will bring collections and collaborations to life through engaging storytelling and product expertise and will provide insight to the larger team on customer behavior.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to learn about other areas of the business and will be able to contribute to other projects and events.
A minimum of 1 year of experience in retail is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and serve the customer, providing an excellent in-store experience at all times
- Have an understanding of KPIs and ways to work towards achieving targets
- Learn our product stories, sizing, and fit so you can confidently and thoughtfully support each customer
- Maintain impeccable visual merchandising standards, making sure each item is labelled appropriately and steamed
- Maintain products in an efficient, clean, secure, and organized manner; front and back of house
- Carry out stocktakes and product replenishment
- Perform as a team player, participating and collaborating in all activities contributing to the overall objectives of the store
- Support with deliveries
- Support in-store events
- Act as a Chopova Lowena brand ambassador, embodying the aesthetic and values of the brand at all times
- Support daily operations, including till management, and end-of-day reporting
Person Specifications
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- A passion and curiosity for fashion, art, and design, with a strong affinity for Chopova Lowena’s ethos of creativity, sustainability, and community
- Ability to work efficiently in a premium retail environment with a professional attitude
- Reliable, approachable and proactive
- Flexibility to suit the requirements of the business
The store opening hours are:
Thursdays - Saturdays: 11:00 – 19:00
Sundays: 12:00 – 17:00
