Store Manager
Chopova Lowena is currently seeking a Part Time Store Manager to join our small but busy team in our new retail space opening August 2026.
The Store Manager will report to the Directors and will manage the daily store operations, retail events and the Sales Assistant to drive business goals and performance, ensuring exceptional customer service standards and maintaining a clear brand focus.
This is a commercial, customer facing role where the Store Manager will play a key part in building, shaping, and inspiring a new team from the ground up.
The store manager will deliver a memorable and engaging in-store experience, bringing collections and collaborations to life through engaging storytelling and product expertise. Championing our core values, the Store Manager will play an integral part in the growth and expansion of the brand, whilst leading and developing the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the processing of all product shipments, as well as inventory management. Communicating inventory needs to support the business goals
- Lead the daily maintenance of the store including restocking product, maintaining visual merchandising and cleaning. Ensuring the store environment and overall atmosphere fully aligns with brand standards
- Utilising the utmost responsibility, attention to protocol and safety standards in closing and opening of the store daily
- Plan in-store events, including sponsorships
- Forge lasting relationships with customers by contacting them to follow up on purchases, new products and replenishment and invite them to upcoming events
- Be knowledgeable on what’s new and what’s selling well and share with both the customer and team
- Strong commercial acumen and a data-driven approach to performance, with proven experience developing and executing action plans to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Act as a Chopova Lowena brand ambassador, embodying the aesthetic and values of the brand at all times
Person Specifications
- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role, ideally within luxury fashion retail
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- A passion and curiosity for fashion, art, and design, with a strong affinity for Chopova Lowena’s ethos of creativity, sustainability, and community
- Ability to work efficiently in a premium retail environment with a professional attitude
- Reliable, approachable and proactive
- Flexibility to suit the requirements of the business
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to learn about other areas of the business and will be able to contribute to other projects and events.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in Retail Management is preferred.
The store opening hours are:
Thursdays - Saturdays: 11:00 – 19:00
Sundays: 12:00 – 17:00
